Eligibility Requirements
- Must be responsible for at least one child under 16 (or under 17 if disabled)
- At least one parent in the household must be working, training, or on a work-focused interview
- Childcare costs must be for registered providers or approved informal carers
- Claimant must have at least 16 hours of work/availability per week
